Three kiosk formats to suit your needs
- Kiosk compact: This option provides a slimline plinth with an inbuilt tablet. A smaller, space-saving design ideal for smaller booths (left image). Stock is limited so book quickly!
- Kiosk standard - This option is our standard plinth (centre image) with touchscreen PC on top.
- Kiosk feature - We trialled this option in 2024 with great success for our Scan to Win promotion! The same functionality as the standard kiosk, but with an additional branding panel behind the PC screen to maximise visibility (right image).

Made up of an integrated touchscreen tablet and 4x full colour panels that will be custom printed for you.
Front and back panels: 358mm x 952mm
Side panels: 352mm x 952mm
Minimum 20mm bleed on all panels
Imagery should be 300dpi. (minimum 150 dpi)
CMYK format

Digital screen requirements
To be supplied to us:
High resolution landscape image - for your home screen background (1920x1080px). We are happy to resize the image for you as long as it's landscape.
Your Logo - in a colour that stands out from your background, so that it can sit on top of your image. (i.e. a white logo if you have a coloured background, or black or other colour if you have a light background image).
A headline for the home screen, i.e. “scan to win”.
Via the portal: You will need to add terms and conditions or a privacy policy to your portal. Please ensure you have this prepared or reach out if you need a guideline for this.
The standard app collects first name, last name, email and phone. However if you would like to add additional fields you can configure this in the Fieldays Exhibitor Portal i.e. Region.
